We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of placing them. All of the shipping and processing happens on business days excluding weekends and holidays. For same day processing and shipping you need to place the order within 12 noon of that day. Once shipped, orders take between 3-5 business days to reach the specified mailing address depending upon the destination location.
If you place an order over the weekend, shipping will be done on the following business day.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

Sorry, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. The products are tested by 2 people before they are shipped out to ensure that they are functional and working. All refused packages are subject to 50% restocking fee.
