Why Don't I Receive Email Notifications From Cupid Boutique.com?
  • Make sure that you have the correct email address registered with us
  • Check your Spam/Junk email folder. If you find our emails in the Spam/Junk folder, move those to your inbox. Alternatively, you can also mark a message from Cupid Boutique.com as 'Not Spam'. This way, your Contact list is automatically updated and all your future messages will be received in your inbox.
  • Sometimes, there’s a delay in email delivery due to mail server issues, network issues, or DNS issues. You are advised to refresh your email after a while.
  • If nothing works, please contact us using our Contact Page.
I cannot log into my account, why?

First of all, check your device’s connection to the Internet; next, confirm your user name and password. If you still face any log in issue, take a snapshot of the error message and email it along with further details at cs@cupidboutique.com. We shall assess the problem and try our best to solve the issue.

As an account holder, how do I change my login email address?
  • LOG IN to My Account at the top right section of the Home page.
  • Click on 'Account Information' from left side menu of 'My Dashboard'.
  • Click on “Email address" in the Edit Account Information field.
  • Replace your old email address with the new one.
  • Click on ‘Save’.
  • Your new email address is now ready for use.

How to create and change my Cupid Boutique account password?
  • Go to ‘My Account’ page and Click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link
  • Enter your ‘Email Address’ that you have used to create your account with us; also enter the ‘captcha’ in the required field
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  • Check your email inbox and click on the password reset link
  • Create and confirm a new password

Why do I need to open an online account? Is it safe to share my personal details with you?

It is not mandatory to set up an account in order to make a purchase from our website. You have the option to check out as a guest. However, registering with us would help you in your future orders since your contact information and shipping details will be recorded with us. Also, to receive and use your reward points, you have to be a registered user. Having an account and choosing to receive our newsletters will also keep you informed about our special offers and discounts. We promise to only send you the coolest stuff.

It is 100% safe to use your Credit Card on our site to make purchases. We DO NOT save your Credit Card details. We use safe and secure networks which encrypt the information you provide. This information is not stored anywhere in our website or on our servers. This is the same level of security that banks and financial institutions provide us.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing an order successfully?

After you’ve made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating your order number and a summary of your order details. In case you didn't receive this email within 2 hours, please check the spam folder on your e-mail. If you still haven’t received any confirmation message, simply contact us to ensure order validity.

Why didn't my coupon code work on my order? Why did my coupon code only discount some of my order?

Some of our products and brands are restricted, meaning discounts and coupon codes are not applicable for them. Coupon and discount codes also don't work in combination with other codes and special offers. Find other applicable discount Coupon Codes on our social networking platforms.

How do I use your coupon code?

A coupon code enables you to avail discounts running at a particular time or a stretched period of time. Cupid Boutique runs discount offers from time to time, over and above the already competitively priced items. The coupon code needs to be mentioned in the Blue Box on the right hand side of the Checkout page. You will find the coupon code on the blue bar at the top of the page. It is also mentioned on the banner on the left side of every page, under the Menu bar. (Step by step process Snap attached in existing website).

How do I apply the coupon code?

You will always find the currently applicable discount coupon code on the top extreme left-hand side corner of our website’s Home Page. Also follow us on our social media platforms and stay informed about Cupid Boutique’s latest running discount coupon codes and other exciting offers.

When you proceed to buy a product from our website and click “Buy Now”, you land in the Checkout page. Here, on the right-hand side of the page, you'll find a blank field to apply coupon code. Type the code in this blank box and click "Apply". This will apply the discount to your order. Easy!

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can make your payment using four reliable modes of payment:

Can I pay with Paypal?

Absolutely! When selecting a payment method at the Checkout page, you can choose to make your payment using your PayPal account.

I don't want to use my credit card online, how can I purchase something?

We don’t accept orders without prior payment. You can choose any of the four reliable modes of payment and place your order successfully. If you’re still reluctant about using your credit card and want to make your payment in cash, simply visit your nearest Cupid Boutique store. Find your nearest store at the ‘Store locator’ page on our website.

 

ORDER

What personal information do you collect when placing an order?

We require your name, address, email id and contact number when you place an order with us. Your phone number and email address are solely used for communication between you (the buyer) and cupidboutique.com, and won’t be shared with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam email. Your order shipping address is collected for shipping purpose alone and is used between cupidboutique.com and the selected shipper only. Your shipping and billing details are collected solely for interoffice use. In order for us to expedite your parcel, your billing address must match with your credit card statements.

How do I add products to my order after I receive the confirmation email?

Sorry, you are unable to add any items to existing orders. You can place another order for more items, we would try our best to ship them together.

How can I track my order?

If you’ve made a purchase from our website, you should receive your tracking number as soon as your product(s) get shipped. In case your order has been confirmed, processed and shipped, but you haven’t received the tracking link yet, kindly contact us.

How do I know my order was placed?

As soon as your order gets confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address submitted with your order. In case you’ve successfully placed an order with us but haven’t received the confirmation email yet, we request you to check your spam/junk folder, as it is possible that the email may end up there.

I really want this particular product. But it says Out of Stock. Can you provide it for me?

If a certain product is Out of Stock at our warehouse, an option to ‘Add to Wishlist’ is present on the product page. You can add the product to the Wishlist and we will notify you (via email) once it is available again.

Can I purchase an item online and have it delivered to a store near me?

Yes we can deliver your products to cupid boutique location nearest you. It will take 3-5 business days. You need to bring your photo id and the credit card used to pay the order for pick up. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

How do I get discounts on my future purchases?

To receive discounts and great benefits, you can sign up to become a registered member on our website. As a member you can enjoy great discounts, be the first to find out about our special offers and even get invited to some of our exciting events.

 

PACKAGES SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take for you to ship my product?

We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours after receiving them. All of the shipping and processing happens on business days excluding weekends and holidays. For same day processing and shipping you need to place the order before 12 noon of that day. Once shipped, orders take between 3-5 business days to reach the specified mailing address depending upon the destination location.

I entered an incomplete shipping address while placing an order. The order has been placed, but can I edit the address?

You can edit your address for future orders but once the order is placed, the address can’t be changed by you for that order. You can contact us, and we will try our best to change your address if the parcel has not been shipped. Once shipped it becomes the property of Canada Post, we don’t have any control over this.

Why is my order taking longer than usual to be delivered? It was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days. However, it has been 10 days with no delivery.

If you have not received your order within time specified, check the order status on www.canadapost.ca using your tracking number which we have provided you. If that shows in transit, let us know and we will take care of it. Some remote areas may take longer than usual time.

Can I change my saved shipping information?

As a valid account holder, you can change or modify your saved shipping information online any time before placing an order. In some cases, if you have just moved and need to alter the shipping details after an order is placed but not processed, simply contact us.

What is your shipping cost?

When you shop over $49 from us, and if the mailing address is Canada, shipping is FREE! However, for orders below that amount we charge $9.99 to ship within Canada. Shipping to USA for orders of any amount is $16.99 flat.

Do I have to pay any custom duties if shipping to USA?

If there are customs and duties, it is the responsibility of the customer to clear those. In Canada however there are no extra duties to be paid.

How do I change the delivery address after I have ordered?

You must contact us as soon as you know. If the delivery has not been sent we will change it but if already sent, the delivery address can’t be changed.

Do you deliver to any address within Canada and USA?

Yes, we deliver only to addresses within USA and Canada.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we service both Canada and United States of America only. We do not ship our products internationally. But we’re definitely working on it.

Do you ship products on weekends?

No, there is no shipping of products on weekends. Most orders are shipped the same business day (Monday - Friday) or the following business day if the order is placed on a weekend or after 12 Noon. It may take 3 -5 business days depending upon the destination location.

How do I ship to an address that isn't mine?

When placing an order you can choose a different shipping address than your billing address on the shopping cart pages before checking out. Please note that we ship our products only to US and Canada. Your billing address must match with your credit card statement.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?

Yes, the shipping address can be any US or Canadian address. Simply enter the address where you want your product to be delivered in the "Ship to" portion of the checkout process.

 

CANCEL, RETURNS & REFUND

How can I cancel my order?

Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. If you contact us within few hours after placing your order, we might be able to stop the processing. If the parcel has already been shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

You can call us within 24Hrs of order confirmation to cancel the order. Please make sure you have your order number with you while making this call.

How do I ask for a refund?

Sorry, due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. The products are tested by 2 people before they are shipped out to ensure that they are functional and working. All refused packages are subject to 50% restocking fee.

Do you refund shipping charges?

Shipping charges are refunded if:

  • We ship an incorrect product
  • A product was damaged during shipping

If we re-ship a product in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded if we reship products. Shipping charges are refunded for items that are covered under manufacturer warranties.

I am having problem accessing your website. What should I do?

We're really sorry if you've encountered any problem with our website. You can try the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Clear cache, delete cookies and restart your web browser.
  • Disable any pop-up blocker.
  • Try a different web browser/ computer/mobile device.
  • Use the In Private Browsing option for your web browser.

I'm having trouble signing into my account. What should I do?

Please check if the email address is the same as what you had used to sign up initially. Also make sure that you’ve provided the right password. If you still have issues signing in, please Click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’Now enter your e-mail address and the ‘captcha’ in the required field. You will instantly receive an e-mail to reset your password.

What is the Wish List, and how do I use it?

Are these products safe for use?

These products are sold for the intended use only; Cupid Boutique is not responsible for any physical harm caused by any of the products sold herein.

Are children safe at Cupidboutique.com?

The products sold herein are intended solely for adults over the age of 18. We do not sell products for purchase by children. The moment you register with cupidboutique.com, purchase products from us or provide information to us, you assure that you are 18 years of age or above.

Will there be any hidden charges when a payment is made on your website?

Absolutely not! We do not have any hidden charges.

Why are your online prices lower than prices in your retail stores?

There is a massive need of overhead that is associated with running retail stores, which must be built, stocked, staffed, taxed and maintained. Besides, there’s an expense of establishing our retail stores in the prime locations, which will ensure enough business to earn revenue or at least survive. You are also given a personalized service by a trained staff to explain any questions you may have. You can also feel or touch any product and also take it home right away after purchasing. You don’t need to wait for the delivery to arrive.
